The dining room, next to it, is separated by the furniture where the TV is located where you can enjoy your favorite programs. The kitchen is perfectly integrated into this space, it is modern and fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and appliances you need, from ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, to coffee maker and toaster essential for a delicious breakfast.
The large window allows not only that the apartment is filled with light, but also access to the terrace that opens imposingly overlooking the city. It is fully equipped and decorated, ready to enjoy.
On this floor there is a bedroom with single bed, chest of drawers and closet; plus a full bathroom with shower.
Going up the stairs, we find the second floor with the other 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom is double, has a TV and a large built-in closet; the second bedroom also has a double bed and closet. The bedrooms share an impeccable bathroom with shower. This floor also has a study, laundry room and a second terrace accessible from the master bedroom and the study.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
