The apartment has an exceptional location, just a few minutes from Sants station and the majestic Montjuïc Castle and its gardens, Plaza de España, and the magic fountain. Nearby there are many restaurants, bars, terraces, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The metro stop Plaza del Centro (Line 3), is located near the building.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
