For heating an average amount will be charged, based on assumed average heat consumption (€100/month during winter period).

There will be no personal viewings. The flat is in the condition as described and is available for occupation without further ado once the contract has been signed, the deposit paid and the conditions listed below have been met.

2. certificate of last residence / rent debt-free certificate
3. employer's certificate / salary certificate / surety bond
4. if applicable: residence permit in the Federal Republic of Germany

In the event of late payment, the tenancy agreement shall end with immediate effect.
