The apartment is located within walking distance to the Alster, the Leinpfadkanal and the 180-acre park, a well-known recreational and recreational area with outdoor pool, sports fields, boat rentals, etc. In the Dorotheenstraße, the Mühlenkamp and the Poelchaukamp are small shops, cafes and restaurants.
