- You’ll be tucked away on a quiet street called Mildmay Road, a mere 2-minute walk to the beautiful Newington Green which has some of the most beautiful cafes and restaurants in the area. You may also see some celebrities walking around Jolene Cafe!

- Your senses will be heightened by the colourful, unique, and original artistic patterns scattered all around the flat. Coupled with unique ornaments from all over the world.

Quiet Time...
- If you enjoy unwinding and relaxing. You can unwind on the soft couch in the lounge area with one of the hundreds of books at your disposal. There are hundreds of books we’ve collected all through the years.

Baby Friendly
- If your little one is coming along - they can join you for meals in the high chair and sleep peacefully in the cot at nighttime!

Cute Breakfasts...
- Our recommendation is to have your morning coffees in the peaceful conservatory space and enjoy the sounds of the birds chirping. It’s the perfect way to start your day.

- The kitchen is well-equipped for family meals, you’ll have a dining table, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, and all you need for group meals. Help yourself to all the spices too!

Sleeping Well...
- Cosy double bed with the softest and most comfortable linens ensuring you have a great night's sleep.

TV/Internet...
- If you fancy some TV you can unwind with the latest shows and movies on the Smart TV, complemented by high-speed WiFi that’ll keep you connected throughout your stay.

Guest Access
You’ll receive access via a lock box at the property. All your check-in details will be provided 1 day before your arrival.

House Rules & Policies:
• Strictly no parties are allowed
• Cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund 7 days prior to the check-in date, any cancellations within the 7 days will not qualify for a refund.
• Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
• Smoking - Guests are not permitted to smoke inside.
