Die 60 qm Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt ein bequemes king size Boxspringbett (1,80 x 2m). Die Wohnung bietet eine offene vollausgestattette Küche inklusive Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Esstisch und einen Sofa. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung.

Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 78,00 pro Woche möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt im Kwartier Latäng, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rathenauplatz und Zülpicherstraße.
Das Kwartier Latäng ist eine sehr beliebte Gegend von Köln und man hat vieles vor die Tür zu entdecken. Das Veedel bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes, die in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind. Die lebendige Zülpicherstraße mit vielen Boutiquen und Ateliers ist auch in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe.

An der Haltestelle Zülpicher Platz (ca. 350 m) fahren U-Bahn Linien in allen Richtungen.

City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern.

The 60 sqm apartment is modernly furnished. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (1.80 x 2m). The apartment offers an open fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine and a kettle. There is a large living room with a sofa and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower. Towels and linens for the bed are supplied
A TV and free WiFi are also available.

On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible.

The apartment is located in the Latin Quarter, close to Rathenauplatz and Zülpicherstraße.
The Latin Quarter is one of Cologne's trendiest (hidden) and hotspot for students and people who want to enjoy the urban flair of the city. The “Veedel” offers diverse shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, all within a few minutes' walk. The hip Zülpicherstraße with many nice boutiques and studios is also in within walking distance. Supermarkets and drugstores are just around the corner.

At the stop Zülpicher Platz (approx. 350 m) subway lines run in all directions.
