This functional, equipped apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 55 sqm surface . The building has an intercon and an elevator. The space is divided in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. The main bedroom has a double bed & an two independent complete bathrooms, whereas the other bedroom has two individual beds. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, capsule coffee machine, toaster, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa-bed with three seats and flat screen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200€/month. (hidden) will take care of the management and assist you during your stay in this serviced apartment. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. Last but not least, at (hidden) we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. Neighborhood: Formed by the neighborhoods of Trafalgar, Arapiles, Gaztambide, Vallehermoso, Ríos Rosas and Almagro, the Chamberí district was the residence area of ​​a large part of the aristocracy of the 19th and 20th centuries. Chamberí houses the Sorolla Museum and the Geominero Museum. The first is located in the house where the Valencian painter lived and, apart from the exhibition of his paintings, a visit to his facilities allows you to enjoy its valuable collections of sculptures, furniture and ceramics, as well as its fantastic garden. In the surroundings there are also the Abbey Theater, the Galileo Theater and the Luchana Theaters, the result of the conversion into theater rooms of the old Luchana Cinemas.
