The space is divided in: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom The flat is ideal for 2 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: a working desk, an italian coffee maker, a toaster hair dryer, an iron, bed linen and two towels per guest. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a L-shaped sofa with three seats and a flat screen TV. There is a split system heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split system AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.
