Area: 145m2. A spacious living room with two sofas, one of them with chaise longue and armchair with footrest. It has a large window that leads to a large and bright courtyard on the opposite building. The master bedroom counts with two large windows with views to the same inner courtyard, has a double 180cm sofa bed, large closets and safe. The second bedroom, with also two windows with ciews the inner courtyard, has two 90cm single sofa beds that can be joined by a zipper system to become a double bed of 180cm, also has large closets. The third bedroom has a single bed with a 90cm canapé, two-door closet and window to the inner courtyard. The kitchen, that has all appliances and is fully equipped, opens to the dining room ready to receive up to 6 people. The apartment has three complete bathrooms with shower, all of them ‘en suite’ in each of the bedrooms.

Oak wood flooring throughout the whole apartment, except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which have hydraulic, geometric and/or organic motifs. Windows and balconies have hermetic and soundproofed double glazing closing, in gray color. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, central for the whole house and gas heating, by boiler and radiators, with central thermostat.
Free internet connection to the building through WIFI system. Apartment fully furnished and equipped, it has double sets of sheets and towels in each bedroom, as well as welcome basket and kit of hygiene products on arrival. Included in the price is 1 hour weekly cleaning, electricity (up to 100 €/month), gas (up to 100 €/month) and water.
