The living room, with chaise longue sofa, has two balconies with a view to the Sagasta with Mejia Lequerica street corner, and a beautiful glassed-in bay window, furnished with table and two chairs. The master bedroom, has two balconies overlooking the street, a double 180cm sofa bed, large closets and safe. The second bedroom, also with an exterior balcony, has a 135cm double sofa bed and a three-door closet. The fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and stools, leads to the living and dining room, that can fit up to 6 people, with a round solid wood table and upholstered armchairs. The apartment has two complete bathrooms with shower, one of them ‘en suite’ to the master bedroom.

Oak wood flooring throughout the whole apartment, except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which have hydraulic, geometric and/or organic motifs. Windows and balconies have hermetic and soundproofed double glazing closing, in gray color. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, central for the whole house and gas heating, by boiler and radiators, with central thermostat.

Free internet connection to the building through WIFI system. Apartment fully furnished and equipped, it has double sets of sheets and towels in each bedroom, as well as welcome basket and kit of hygiene products on arrival. Included in the price is 1 hour weekly cleaning, electricity (up to 100 €/month), gas (up to 100 €/month) and water.
