Area: 120m2. A very spacious living room with two sofas, one of them with chaise longue and armchair with footrest has two balconies overlooking Mejia Lequerica street. The master bedroom, also leading to a balcony to the outside, has a double 180cm bed, large closets and safe. The second bedroom, with views to the sunny inner courtyard, has two single 90 cm beds that can be joined by a zipper system to become a double 180cm bed. The kitchen has all the appliances and is fully equipped, with a window to the inner courtyard, leading to the dining room, ready to receive up to 6 guests. The apartment also has two full equipped bathrooms with shower, one of them ‘en suite’ to the master bedroom.

Oak wood flooring throughout the whole apartment, except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which have hydraulic, geometric and/or organic motifs. Windows and balconies have hermetic and soundproofed double glazing closing, in gray color. Air conditioning is provided by ducts, hot and cold, central for the whole house and gas heating, by boiler and radiators, with central thermostat.
Free internet connection to the building through WIFI system. Apartment fully furnished and equipped, it has double sets of sheets and towels in each bedroom, as well as welcome basket and kit of hygiene products on arrival.
Included in the price is 1 hour weekly cleaning, electricity (up to 100 €/month), gas (up to 100 €/month) and water. Maintenance service and a Physical concierge are also part of our service to insure a pleasant stay. The building has a parking lot, accessible by elevator available with an additional cost.
