This apartment is located a few minutes walk from the historic center of the city, Plaza de España, Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens. A safe area with a good atmosphere.

A very charming apartment that will make you feel at home. It is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator and has capacity for up to 6 people distributed in a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed.

It has a main room with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom with shower is located in the hallway to serve the second bedroom and living room.

The apartment has air conditioning and central heating and kitchen utensils.
