Area: 106m2 + 90m2 terrace. Upon entering we find an open living room that has two large sliding glass doors, which give access to a part of the spectacular terrace surrounding the house. The terrace, in the form of “U” surrounds three sides of the house, providing a lot of light and spectacular aerial views of the city. All of it is landscaped with plants and trees to enhance its beauty and comfort. The different areas of the terrace have a large dining table with pergola, relaxation areas with loungers, armchairs and sofas and an outdoor shower area to cool off on the hottest days. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with all appliances and has a “show cooking” style bar. The bedroom, completely exterior with dressing room, also has direct access to the terrace. The apartment has a full
