This wide and bright apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 90sqm surface and two balconies. The space is divided in: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The building has intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 6 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 7 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an two independent complete bathrooms, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have: - double bed. - two individual beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher and glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, squeezer, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has two sofas (one of them convertible into bed) and a Samsung smart TV with HDMI input. There is a gas heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a ducted AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 300€/month. (hidden) will take care of the management and assist you during your stay in this serviced apartment. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. Last but not least, at (hidden) we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. La Latina neighborhood, in Madrid city center, is nearby touristic hotspots such as Sol-Gran Vía, Austrias, Lavapiés or Madrid Río. Its street, and its medieval origin, are due to its historical location outside the city walls. It use to be home of the merchants coming to Madrid. This commercial tradition gave name to most of its streets: Cebada (Barley) square, Carros (Carts) square or El Rastro, most famous open-air market in Madrid - which takes place every Sunday morning. Regarding its gatronomy, La Latina is sysonym to tapas. This area is locals & tourists favorite for tapas. Many taberns & bars offer Madrid traditional tapas with your drink. Cava Alta & Cava Baja streets are the perfect spot where to try this gastronomy speciality, specially Casa Lucio's eggs. On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks. Nevertheless, even though La Latina neighborhood is located few steps away from the most touristic attractions in the city, it is perfectly connected to Madrid business area.
