This refurbished and bright apartment is ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 40 sqm surfacetwo balconies. The space is divided in: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 3 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including its sofa-bed. Main bedroom has a double bed & an complete bathroom with bathtub, Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an independent, american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a double sofa-bed and flat screen Smart TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100€/month. (hidden) will take care of the management and assist you during your stay in this serviced apartment. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. Last but not least, at (hidden) we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. The apartment, which closest metro station is Sol, is perfectly connected to Madrid business area. Neighborhood: Sol neighborhood, the very center of the capital, is the kick-off spot for every Spanish road (km 0). Ideal for shopping & gastronomy addicts, Sol hosts stores, shopping centers, bars & restaurants well known by Madrid locals. El oso y el madroño statue, which is Madrid symbol, is located at its main square. Due to its location and public transport connection, Sol square is the meeting point for many tourists and locals in Madrid. Here, you will find the old Post Office (home of Madrid presidency nowadays) & the clock tower, where hundreds of people gather to celebrate every New Years Eve. Preciados street, one of the first pedestrian streets in the city, is Madrid main shopping area, where to find large shopping malls or most famous fashion stores.
