This wide apartment; ideal for corporate travelers, digital nomads, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 40sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 1 bedrooms - 1 bathrooms The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat is ideal for 2 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 4 guests, including its sofa-bed. The bedroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher & stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, , hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine and a dryer. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a couch and TV with HDMI cable. There is a gas heating system installed in the neighbours community to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a duct system AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 100€/month. (hidden) will take care of the management and assist you during your stay in this serviced apartment. We offer many services upon request, such as regular cleaning (including) replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space nearby and transfer service from/to the airport. Last but not least, at (hidden) we take the safety and ease of our guests and collaborators very seriously. This house has a guarantee of disinfection according to the official protocol for cleaning and sterilization of accommodations related to the Covid-19. We use approved cleaning products and disinfection materials, guaranteeing a completely safe space. --- Neighborhood: The apartment, which closest metro station is Callao, is perfectly connected to Madrid business area. Gran Vía street and its surroundings is, without any doubt, Madrid's cultural and leisure life center. This area is a "must" for any visitor willing to feel the essence of Madrid. Gran Vía was born in 1910, and in just over a hundred years, it has become the city's soul. It is home for cinemas, theaters, large shopping centers and some of the most select stores in the capital You will also find unique architecture, as Metropolis, Telefónica and Carrión buildings, and the Royal Oratory of the Caballero de Gracia. It recently switched to its new look, more greenery and innovative. The "new" Gran Vía is more pedestrian-friendly (with less cars and pollution).
