This apartment is not rented for tourist stays, but always and in any case for seasonal stays, with a seasonal contract regulated by the law "Ley 29/1994,de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos", and without the rented property being in any case the habitual residence of the tenant who rents it.
Modern apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the Ventas neighborhood, one of the best known in Madrid.
Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious hall with a sideboard, mirror and wardrobe. To the left of the entrance door we have the first bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a work chair.
Leaving the bedroom we return to the corridor, continuing along to the left we find a large open plan kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, with a high counter with stools where you can enjoy breakfast.
Behind the next door in the corridor we find a full bathroom fitted with a shower. At the end of the corridor there is the living-dining room equipped with sofas, a Smart TV, a side table, a dining table with capacity for up to six people and a balcony with outdoor furniture.
From the living room we access the other rooms of the apartment. On the left we find the second complete bathroom with shower and the second bedroom, equipped with two single beds with measurements 90 x 200cm, a chair and a wardrobe. Across this room there is the third bedroom, with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and TV.
The apartment is located in a quiet area surrounded by cafes, bars and some of the best restaurants in the city. In addition, it is well connected to the urban bus and metro transport network.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
