This beautiful apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room furnished with a sofa and a TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with, besides the basics, microwave and washing machine.

This apartment is located in the Delicias neighborhood, in the Arganzuela district. Near the apartment you’ll find lots of different shops and restaurants, as well as Matadero’s Cultural Center, Arganzuela ́s Crystal Palace Greenhouse and Madrid Rio Park.

The closest metro station is *Legazpi (Lines 3 and 6),* from where you’ll be able to get to the Politecnica University or IMF Business School in no time.


Rental conditions:

- Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday.
- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
