The apartment was designed by an architect to make the most of every single detail. Consisting of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house has all the comforts such as Smart TV with free Netflix, equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, washer-dryer, coffee machine, and unlimited Wi-Fi. In the bathroom, you will find towels, hairdryer. Upon your arrival, you will find a Welcome Kit with some free products. The beds and any sofa beds will be ready upon your arrival, you will not have to worry about bringing pillows or sheets. The house is already equipped with everything you need for short periods. The apartment is located on the raised basement floor without a lift. Perfect for couples, tourists, and workers who have to stay for a short to medium term.

The apartment is quiet and very bright, in an area well served by means of transport (400m from the M2 metro stop Cimiano) as well as various services of daily use such as pharmacies, bars, and restaurants, supermarkets, shops. The neighborhood is residential and well served. Supermarket 100 meters away and all kinds of shops. The area is multi-ethnic so it is not suitable for those who cannot stand this type of area. The apartment is 400 meters away from the Cimiano metro (M2 green line) which you can reach on foot in less than 10 minutes with which you can reach the Duomo in 25 minutes and the Central Station in 15 minutes. At 1,5km there is the Turro metro stop (M1 red line) while right in front of the house there is the bus stop n.56. Just 3.6 km from the San Raffaele Hospital.
