Please note that a fee will be charged at the moment of confirming the apartment, the fee corrisponds to a 15% + VAT of the total cost of the length of your stay and has to be paid directly to the landlord. We provide you a total ‘Assistance&Support’ during all your stay.
This fee, plus all the additional costs described in the apartment costs and in our reservation form, for example the security deposit and the final cleaning service, are mandatory and must be paid by the tenant right after confirming the apartment through housinganywhere and before check-in, following the instructions of our reservation form that we will send , otherwise the booking will not be finalized.

Flat description:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building on Via Privata Salento, just a few meters away from tram stops 3 and 15, as well as bus stops 90 and 91.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with a large window, a spacious bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a living room with a sofa bed, a private terrace, and a loft area with two single beds and a large storage space that can be used as a wardrobe or storage room. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is well-served, with supermarkets, post office, stationery store, library, gym, copy center, bars, restaurants, and tobacco shop all within easy reach. From the apartment, you can quickly and easily reach on foot or by public transport the Bocconi University, the State University, the IULM, the NABA, and the Navigli area.

Note: The loft has a low ceiling height.
