The apartment is close to Milan’s city center and is particularly convenient for Cattolica-Sacro Cuore, Bocconi and IULM Universities and for NABA, IED and DOMUS Academies.
The location ( 91, Via G. Washington), ranks among the best in Milan and will allow you to live within reach of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, banks, a station of public share-bicycles, laundries, hairdressers, pharmacies, etc.
Buses n. 50; 58; 61; 90; 91 and Metro line N. 4 stop nerby or in front of the building’s main door and allow you to easily reach Universities, Academies, the City Center and hotspots throughout the rest of the town.
The flat (second floor; lift) consists of an entrance, two single bedrooms, a wide kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, a large closet for baggage and storeroom and a little balcony (the plan can be sent on request).

Rental Conditions ***:
-Rent: 2.200 euro/month, all bills included (condominium, gas, water; electricity, internet, heating; garbage collection), as all kind of Italian taxes due by the tenant.
-Type of contract: Two written, registered, legally valid and all-inclusive contracts of € 1.100,00 per month (one contract for each
room and for each tenant).
-Deposit: € 2.200,00, to be paid on arrival and to be restituted at the end of the rent.
- Final professional sanitization, cleaning up and laundry will be charged € 300,00 per room to be
paid by each tenant at check-out.

***Daily contract: Calculation of the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay.
You will pay the monthly rent for each whole month that you book, but for the first and last month you will simply pay for the days that you stay in the apartment (just like a hotel).
