The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The flat comes with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection so you can stay in touch with family and friends, check your emails or stream your favourite shows and find that work-life balance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini-refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. This property does not have a clothes washer, but there is a laundromat close by. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with individual electric radiators for heating.
The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a double size bed and superior quality mattress. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. This property best suited for 2 tenants but can host up to 4 guests. The flat has one shower room with a bathtub/shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. You will find a small sample soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels to start off your stay, as well as bath towels for the number of guests.

This area is home to the prestigious La Sorbonne university. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite. Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, the resting place of many important French figures. The Jardin du Luxembourg is only a few minutes away - perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The nearest metro station, Métro Censier Daubenton (Line 7), makes it a breeze to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more!
