Completely renovated and furnished in modern style, the house offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, large living area with kitchen and living room and a large balcony equipped for eating out and air conditioning in all rooms. The house is located on the first floor of a well-maintained and renovated building and has a lift.

In the rooms there are also: mirror, wardrobe, hangers, bedside tables and lights.
