European District – Cosy Fully Furnished Studio
Studio newly renovated in the European District of Brussels (Place Saint-Josse). Magnificent view over Brussels. Minimum rental contract 3 months.
This cosy flat is fully furnished and ready to move in. The access to the building is secured, concierge service 24/24.
The studio provides the following accommodation:
Living: oak parquet, sofa pull out bed, armchairs, set of shelves, LCD TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, integrated wardrobe.
Table/bar and spacious fully equipped open kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, cooker with cooker hood, microwave/stove and washing machine. All electrical appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), crockery and other kitchen utensils are provided; vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board as well.
Bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
Terrace overlooking Brussels .
Pack TV – Internet high speed WiFi – Phone.
Immediate proximity to the public transport: bus stop in front of the building, metro station “Madou” is in 300 meters.
Tenants are required to pay a refundable security deposit of EUR 1.500,00 when they check in.
Monthly rent is EUR 930 including building charges EUR 90 and TV/Internet/Phone EUR 70.
Your own water, electricity & gas consumption is extra. 
Tenant's civil responsibility insurance is offered.
Final cleaning fee EUR 50.
