Upon entering the apartment we access a beautiful living room, with a double sofa bed 1.50 x 1.90, furnished with quality furniture, and with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen stands out for its wooden elements, which gives the apartment distinction and exclusivity.
From the living room we access the two bedrooms, both with 0.90 x 2.00 beds, one of them with an en suite bathroom. There is also a second independent bathroom for the other bedroom.
The area of the apartment is one of the most important in the center of Seville. It is next to the central area of Plaza del Duque and at the same time a few meters from Torneo Avenue, the Plaza de Armas bus station or the Paseo Colon and the River.
The street of the apartment is Calle Liñán, very small and very quiet, however in the surroundings there are numerous tapas bars, restaurants, small shops and supermarkets. Of course, it is very close to all the places of interest in the city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda or the Archivo de Indias.
The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
