It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second one with a single bed. There is 2 complete bathroom with shower. The kitchen is open to the living room and, although it is a bit small, it has everything necessary as equipment. The living room has been furnished with detail and it supposes a cozy and pleasant place. From the living room we access to the impressive terrace, from which we appreciate unbeatable views of the city. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the great Sevillian weather.
The area of the apartment is unbeatable. A few meters away we find all the most important monuments of the city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda, the Archivo de Indias, etc., in fact the own street Mateos Gago is the gateway from the Cathedral to the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, the most historic and spectacular neighborhood of Seville.
In the same area you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars where you can taste the famous tapas, shops, small shops and endless cultural and leisure activities.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
