It has 4 bedrooms, three of them with beds of 0.90 x 1.90 and the other with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90. It has a total of four full bathrooms, three of them ensuite, and another one independent. The kitchen is open to the living room and the hall, and although it is small, it has everything necessary as equipment, as well as a dining table. The living room has been furnished with detail and it also supposes a cozy and pleasant place.

The area of ​​the apartment is unbeatable. A few meters away we find all the most important monuments of the city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda, the Archivo de Indias, etc., in fact the own street Mateos Gago is the gateway from the Cathedral to the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, the most historic and spectacular neighborhood of Seville.
