Our lounge, with its luxurious decoration, has comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy state-of-the-art entertainment thanks to an advanced Smart TV with Internet access. Next to the living room, you will find a distinguished dining space, designed to comfortably seat up to four people.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential utensils you could need to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

A few minutes walk away are the main tourist attractions such as Avenida de la Constitución, the Cathedral, the Giralda and the Archivo de Indias.

All the necessary services are within a short distance, including supermarkets, shops of various categories and pharmacies. This apartment not only offers luxury accommodation, but also provides an authentic Sevillian cultural experience, immersing you in the heart of the city.
