2 Metro. Bus lines. Tram. Near universidades y multinational companies
Shopping, bars, Carrefour supermarkets. Tourist places and beach 20 minutes walk or the v23 bus that will leave you at the beach Bogatel and Barceloneta.
Visitors are not allowed.
Generally the ones who come are to work in international companies or universities. I live in the house. We don't cook a lot. We are very close to the beach to go in summer and do sports in winter.
Every week a person comes for the general cleaning... You can leave all the clothes dirt. Sheets towel or personal clothes that will be washed and delivered dry once a week.
The silence schedule is from 22hs to 8 am. Everyone has their key to enter and exit whenever they want
THE USE OF THE KITCHEN IS ONLY FOR SIMPLE MEALS
The kitchen must be clean out of respect for others
The same will be with the bathroom every time it is used.
The kitchen dining room, the bathroom will be for shared use.
