Our cozy stone house built at the beginning of the XXth century in the northern district of Gracia. It is a co-living house that you will share with us and with other guests like you in a family atmosphere.
In your spacious and comfortable room you will have your private bathroom and a balcony All expenses are included. We propose comfortable common spaces dining room, living room, and kitchen.

It is located at a 7' walking distance from Vallcarca metro station,7' from the nearest supermarket, and 12' from Park Guell and Parc Coll.

You can enjoy our nice garden and wonderful roof terrace with views. You will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than 6 months. The rental is including all expenses (utilities & wifi). If you are looking for the quietest neighborhood well connected to the city centre you will feel great with us! It is an ideal place for remote working not only thanks to the high-speed wifi connection but also the different comfortable spaces to do it: your room,and the common spaces such as the living room, garden or roof terrace. In this bright and clear room, you have your own private bathroom and a small balcony.
