????Our prices are all-inclusive. No no bad surprises. Here is what’s in it for you: use of the furnishings and apartment at a high-quality standard, weekly cleaning, all bills covered (even GEZ), the responsiveness of our Community Service Team, and finally, our Technical Service Team for those times when experts are needed. Our move-in dates are always possible at the first or middle of the month and move-out dates are always possible at the 14th and end of the month.
