This fabulous shared apartment offers a spacious 104 qm with high ceilings as well as wodden flooring and it is located on the 1rd floor. More central than this location you cannot find! The public transportation is near by so that you can reach any part of Berlin! Spacious kitchen and practical bathroom for the ultimate feelgood experience. The extras of very strong internet, electricity, heating and water consumption are included in the monthly rent - no hidden or additional costs.
The modern apartment is furnished. In the personal room we provide new duvet, pillow, mattress protector, bed sheet, bed linen and a towel. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, knives, kitchen utensils, cups, glasses and chopping boards. For your convenience the kitchen provides a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stove with an oven. Finally you will also find a washing machine in the apartment.
