Hi guys,

this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

This room is also available for a couple, in this case the monthly rent will to increase 100€ more.

Registration/Anmeldung is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we sometimes have the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In some cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our chats :)

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in and a deposit (950€) which needs to be payed after booking to the landlord: flat-mate via bank transfer.
