The room comes with furniture and all additional needs you have such as cleaning and kitchen equipment, a comfortable office chair, a modem for internet connection, bedding sheets, pillows, covers, and desk organizers that I already bought myself as the room comes almost empty other than heavy furniture when you first rent it. It can be said that it's ready to move-in in this case.
