Die Küche und das Bad mit WC werden mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt.

Mit der U-Bahn-Anbindung haben Sie eine sehr gute logistische Anbindung in alle Richtungen.
Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine obligatorische Gebühr für Bettwäsche von 30 EUR erhoben wird.

The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by 3 persons in total.

You have excellent access with public transport (subway).

Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay.
