Waschmaschine ist in der Küche vorhanden.
Wifi ist in der Wohnung selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Die Küche und das Bad mit WC werden mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt.
Mit der U-Bahn hat man eine sehr gute logistische Anbindung in alle Richtungen.

Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine obligatorische Gebühr von 30 EUR für Bettwäsche erhoben wird.

This three room student’s flat-sharing community is located in the city centre, in the Eastern part of the city.
The rooms are fully furnished and equipped: bed / a pull-out sofa bed, working desk and a chair, wardrobe.
The nice little kitchen is equipped with all necessary items *electric kettle, fridge, microwave, kitchenware), incl. a washing machine.
Wifi is available in the apartment.
The bathroom with WC and kitchen are shared by three persons in total.
You have excellent access with public transport (subway).

Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay.

Please note that there is a mandatory charge of EUR 30 for bed linen.
