This renovated and bright bedrooom is fully equipped with anything you might need! It has a very comfortable bed with drawers underneath for storage. There is a desk and chair for studying and a night light. There are several closets so there is plenty of space for all of your belongings.



It’s in the Argüelles neighborhood, right in the Moncloa-Aravaca district. In the area you’ll find lots of shops and restaurants since it’s parallel with Princesa Street; you’ll be able to walk to the Contemporary Art Museum, the Oeste Park, the Debod temple or the Renoir Princesa Cinemas in the Cubos Square.

You can take a walk to the Nebrija and Comillas universities since they’re about 10 minutes away from the apartment. The closest metro station is *Ventura Rodríguez (Line 3).*
