COSTS TO BE PAID ONE TIME:
- 1 monthly deposit (900€); the deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out subject to apartment verification;
- Customer Care services (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence and final cleaning of the apartment after check-out: 250,00€.

Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
