The location is excellent, in the center of Moncada, only 550m far from the University CEU Cardenal Herrera, 100m far from the Moncada-Alfara metro stop and surrounded by all kinds of services, close to supermarkets and gym.

All the expenses (electricity, water and wifi) are included in the price, also with weekly cleaning of the common areas and another cleaning every two weeks for the private spaces.

Definitely, CASA B is the perfect space for a shared singular lifestyle, for people with a special sensitivity for design, art and culture, who don't want to give up being comfortable and functional.
