Located in Barrio del Carmen, next to the bus stop for the "Campus Espinardo"and "Campus UCAM". To go to "Campus La Merced", you can walk.

Very close to the apartment you will find supermarkets such as: Mercadona, Superdumbo, Coviran, Sangüi, bakery, greengrocer, pharmacy, etc.
The bed is extra large: 150cmx190cm.

We are looking for a flatmate clean, calm and respectful so that there is a good coexistence. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR, THE CONTRACT IS FROM SEPTEMBER TILL JANUARY OR FROM FEBRUARY TILL JUNE.

Muy cerca del apartamento encontrarás supermercados como Mercadona, Superdumbo, Coviran, Sangüi, ...etc, panadería, fruterías, farmacia, ....
