2. **Visale Guarantee:** Renting the property is conditional on obtaining a Visale Guarantee, which protects the landlord against unpaid rent. The Visale Guarantee is completely free and can be obtained by submitting an application on the Visale.fr website.

3. **Home Insurance:** Tenants are required to obtain home insurance, which typically costs around 10€ per month.

4. **Deposit** : For all stays of one year or more, a security deposit is required.
