The entire house is suitable for a maximum of 3 students. It is an upstairs apartment. You rent 2 rooms in the same house. 1 room is your bedroom and the other room is a study. The bedroom is located at the front and the study at the rear. Both rooms together are approximately 16m2 and include a double bed, wardrobe and dining table. You share the modern kitchen and bathroom with 2 other people.

The room is fully furnished and other facilities such as a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are available.

Financial:
