ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT:
The apartment is located on the second first of an apartment building near Piazza Massaua completely intended for university students, and consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen (with various appliances, dishes, and a TV), and 3 single bedrooms. It has just been renovated (from the photos new walls and floors, new electrical and gas systems up to standard) and the rooms are fully furnished, with a wardrobe, desk, bookcase, bed with orthopedic mattress, blankets and pillows, and an adjustable radiator in the room.
The beauty of the building is the sharing of the entire condominium only with university students.
LOCATION:
The apartment is conveniently located to access all services (nearby there are supermarkets, markets, shops, 24 hour pharmacy, etc.). Right next to the house there is a METRO stop (Massaua), which connects you to the Polytechnic in 10 minutes. It also links you to the railway stations and the airport. Finally there is a taxi rank. Thanks to its strategic position, this house is very convenient for the main universities. The Politecnico di Corso Duca (engineering and architecture) can be reached in 10 minutes, and when in Turin there is traffic on the surface, especially in the morning, it really takes 10 minutes, while public transport on the surface remains blocked.

PRICE:
600 euros / month + expenses, equal to 70 euros / month, inclusive of all expenses (utilities, waste, condominium, etc.). The registration of the contract is foreseen.
