This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Toulouse is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the "Compans" neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Plenty of restaurants, public transports, shops can be found close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, toaster, crockery, kitchen ustensils, microwave, kettle, pans... It also has a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, water, electricity, housing insurance, household waste tax, condominium fees. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The Compans neighbourhood is situated in the centre of Toulouse, between the Canal du Midi and the boulevards Marquette and Lacrosses. The ancient military barracks – a proper tribute to the generals Compans and Caffarelli
gave the neighbourhood its name. Compans is nowadays a business quartier with a high concentration of offices, prestigious hotels and plenty of accommodation. The Compans-Caffarelli public garden split the area into two – don’t miss the incredible Japanese Garden located there! In the area, you will also find a shopping mall, two sports malls and plenty of “Grandes Ecoles” – prestigious universities such as the University of Toulouse 1 and its Law Faculty. Metro B serves the area (Compans). Life here is calm and peaceful. However, you will find an interesting School of living music and “the Chapelle” – a wide place of social, artistic and political experimentation (rue Danielle-Casanova). The CAF for Caisse d'allocations familiales is a free public service eligible for all, including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. Service fee : from 690€ The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of need for intervention in your accommodation. Deposit : 700€
