This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Toulouse is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is ideally located in the "Compans" neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Several shops, public transports, restaurants are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is ready-to-live-in and includes a large kitchen with fridge, pans, toaster, kitchen ustensils, kettle, crockery, microwave... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, broom, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: unlimited wi-fi, water, electricity, housing insurance, condominium fees, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The Compans neighbourhood is situated in the centre of Toulouse, between the Canal du Midi and the boulevards Marquette and Lacrosses. The ancient military barracks – a proper tribute to the generals Compans and Caffarelli
gave the neighbourhood its name. Compans is nowadays a business quartier with a high concentration of offices, prestigious hotels and plenty of accommodation. The Compans-Caffarelli public garden split the area into two – don’t miss the incredible Japanese Garden located there! In the area, you will also find a shopping mall, two sports malls and plenty of “Grandes Ecoles” – prestigious universities such as the University of Toulouse 1 and its Law Faculty. Metro B serves the area (Compans). Life here is calm and peaceful. However, you will find an interesting School of living music and “the Chapelle” – a wide place of social, artistic and political experimentation (rue Danielle-Casanova). Service fee : from 690€ The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of need for intervention in your accommodation. Deposit : 700€
