The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team. 1.250€ + 210€ charges ( charges include gas, electricity, water, internet, TV and cleaning of communal areas )

For rentals of less than 6 months, the price is increased by 20% for a rental of 3, 4 or 5 months.
