It is in a quiet area, with the possibility of storing several cars within the enclosure of a closed farm of 1,500 meters. The house occupies 200 meters.

Accommodation
It has a Wi-Fi internet connection. Wi-Fi connection to pay TV in the living room, with Netflix, Vodafone TV, and Amazon Prime.

Guest access
It has a fully closed interior private space. The outdoor area is closed and has trees. Fir, walnut, orange, pear, laurel, and camellias.

Other notable aspects
We care about the environment. We have a photovoltaic installation and aerothermal air conditioning. It is a house in the country and we do not use any kind of pesticides. Only fly and mosquito repellents are commonly used indoors. It is therefore very easy for there to be typical insects of the environment depending on the time of year. This can be annoying for some people, and if this is the case, we urge you to find alternative accommodation. For us not using chemicals is a philosophy of life, but we understand other sensitivities.
