The studio is recently renovated and is located just outside the center of Bologna, near Porta San Felice. The apartment consists of a single and spacious room with access to a balcony, which allows living and sleeping areas to coexist. The studio has a kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and Nespresso and a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment, fully furnished, has air conditioning and free internet access as well as an LCD TV, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. NB Excluding the costs for the supply of linen and cleaning during the stay mandatory and with frequency to be agreed, a cleaning at least every 2 weeks, for a cost of 60 euros every cleaning.
