Very quiet thanks to the interior, recently renovated in an essential and modern style, it is composed of an entrance, living area with sofa and smart TV, fully equipped open kitchen and dining table, double bedroom with large wardrobe and bathroom with shower cubicle. The flat is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet. It is located in a central and strategic position: a few steps from the lively and characteristic Porta Venezia district, from Indro Montanelli park, from the new and wonderful Porta Nuova area with Piazza Gae aulenti, one metro stop from the central station and from Brera and Moscova, perfectly served by public transport. Note: the deposit is equal to 2 months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Payments, after the first through Uniplaces, must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities included up to 50 euros per month. Any additional costs will be charged separately. Tourist visa not accepted for signing the contract. A valid passport and tax code are required to register the contract. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30. The contract can be provided with a lease period of up to 18 months, so in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In the event of early termination of the lease, an additional charge of 100 euros and a notice period of 30 to 60 days is required, depending on the duration of the lease. Price of final cleaning included according to the conditions of the optional service: 40 euros per hour. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
