Strategic area very well served by shops and public transport: streetcars, buses and subway line M5 Lilla stop Monumentale, which is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to 70 euros per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and codice fiscale are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30 percent. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100 euros is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
